Yolanda Hadid’s Pennsylvania farm is back for $10.88M

Yolanda Hadid’s storybook equestrian estate and lavender farm is back on the market. 

The former supermodel and Bravo-lebrity listed her beloved Bucks County, Pennsylvania farm in late September for $10.88 million. The idyllic retreat found an eager buyer in less than two weeks, prompting Hadid to pen an emotional tribute for her 3.6 million Instagram followers.

Now, it appears, the deal has fallen through. Zillow shows the 32-acre farm, dubbed the Yolanda Hadid Family Farm, returned to market this week asking the same $10.88 million.

Realtor.com first reported news of the update.

Listing agents Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate and Carl Gambino of Compass declined to comment for this story.

Hadid purchased the 32-acre spread for about $4 million in 2017. She previously told the Wall Street Journal that she fell in love with the area on a trip earlier that year.

“Somebody had invited me to a retreat here in Pennsylvania,” Hadid, 61, told the outlet. “The next morning I woke up, I was like, ‘oh my God, I think this is maybe where I need to find a place.’”

The Netherlands native’s three famous children —  models Gigi and Bella Hadid, and musician Anwar Hadid — used the farm as an occasional getaway their own globe-trotting lives.

Less than a two hours’ drive from New York City, the property turned into a shared sanctuary during the 2020 lockdown, according to Hadid. The family planted thousands of lavender seeds together during that time.

“It was so much work, but we had so much fun,” Hadid told the Journal. “It was like coming together as a family and serving the land.”

The farm estate, located in the small town of New Hope, dates back to 1682. Hadid lovingly restored the 1810 main house at the heart of the property. 

“I probably touched every inch of the farm,” Hadid told the Journal.

The main home includes three bedrooms across 3,400 square feet, with interiors that balance the home’s vintage farmhouse charm with the A-list family’s luxury tastes.

A primary suite takes up the entire third floor, according to the listing, and boasts a glass-enclosed designer closet and a walk-in rain shower. 

Three quaint cottages offer an additional four bedrooms for guests. The cottages include a converted corn crib and an 1811 carriage house.

An 8,000-square-foot stone bank barn, built circa 1776, offers extensive space for entertaining, as well as 14 horse stalls.

Outside, a dressage arena and a horse pen sit near the pool, vegetable gardens and a a lavender-lined meditation labyrinth.

Hadid passed along her love of horses to her daughters, telling People in September how Bella and Gigi like to ride their horses bareback around the farm and train them in the jumping arena, “in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers.”

Hadid, well known for her holistic lifestyle, made ample use of the lavender fields and large vegetable gardens. Her stores of lavender oil, as well as wine, are kept cool in a restored spring house, according to the listing. 

Hadid’s departure from the cherished property follows her quiet split from fiance Joseph Jingoli earlier this year. She previously told People that she met Jingoli in 2018 when he “magically just rang the doorbell at the farm.”

The Hadids’ presence helped turn New Hope into a celeb, and real estate, hotspot in recent years. Hadid told the Journal that her adult children’s increasingly far-flung lives and a personal desire to downsize led her to finally list.
