“With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family, duty and the high psychological cost that comes with serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence.”
DECIDER reached out to CBS for more information, but did not hear back by time of publication.
Marshall-Green can be seen on the third and final season of And Just Like That… as Carrie Bradshaw’s (Sarah Jessica Parker) gardener, Adam, who sparks up a romance with Seema Patel (Sarita Choudhury). Other recent credits of his include Big Sky, The Listener (2022), and Netflix‘s Carry-On (2024).
While the flagship series ended in December 2024, Sheridan has other series set in the Yellowstone universe that are in the works, including The Madison — which is slated for an early 2026 release — and a spin-off surrounding Kelly Reilly‘s Beth Dutton and Cole Hauser‘s Rip Wheeler, which according to Deadline, will also see the return of Finn Little’s Carter.
