A source tells us the big news will be announced tonight on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.”
Bailey was on People’s reader’s choice list last year, when the mag allowed fans to vote on men by different categories, including “Sexiest Fiyero.”
Along with defying gravity with his singing voice, Bailey also won hearts with his role on “Bridgerton” as Lord Anthony Bridgerton.
Fans have also loved the chemistry between Scarlett Johansson and Bailey, who is openly gay, as the two pals and co-stars smooched on the carpet and gave charismatic interviews for their flick “Jurassic World Rebirth.”
This year marks the 40th Anniversary of People’s special cover issue.
Past winners have included Patrick Dempsey, John Legend, Channing Tatum, Ryan Reynolds, Dwayne the Rock Johnson, Denzel Washington, David Beckham and Matthew McConaughey.
Fallon himself has gotten in on saucy fun. Last year the late night host was nominated in the Reader’s Choice poll, putting out a parody attack ad on his competition, “Live With Kelly and Mark” star Mark Consuelos.
“Mark Conseul-who?” said the joke ad.
“Earlier this week, I asked Mark Consuelos to drop out of the race,” Fallon said on his show at the time. “He doesn’t need this. He’s sexy every day. I don’t even get on these lists at all.”
Fallon finally got a win this year, being named “Sexiest Game Show Host,” in the poll.
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
