During an April performance, Urban, 57, sang the lyrics, “I was born to love you,” as he looked and pointed at Baugh, 25.

During a more recent performance, he changed the lyrics from “When they’re tryna get to you, baby, I’ll be the fighter” to “When they’re tryna get to you, Maggie, I’ll be your guitar player.”

The day before Urban and Kidman’s separation made headlines, Baugh posted a video of the lyric change on Instagram and captioned it, “Did he just say that👀?”

While her involvement with Urban and/or his split from Kidman remains unconfirmed, rumors have been swirling that he’s already “with another woman.”

Here’s what we know about Baugh:

She’s 25

Baugh is 25, making her 32 years Urban’s junior. She is closer in age to his daughters — Sunday, 17, and Faith, 14, whom he shares with Kidman — than she is to him.

She’s from Florida

“I’m actually from South Florida, and it’s a festival season all year round in South Florida, so I toured a lot there,” Baugh told the Hamilton County Reporter last month.

She’s trained in classical music

Baugh first picked up a violin at the age of 6 and began singing at 12.

“I was in and out of orchestras and playing. I played Carnegie Hall, and I was in classical music programs. And then in eighth grade, I decided to switch to country music,” she told Up N Country in April 2022.

Baugh told the Hamilton Country Reporter that “nobody” in her family plays music.

“I’m literally the only one. Isn’t that crazy? I’m the oddball,” she marveled. “My dad is a microbiologist, and my mom is a stay-at-home mom who runs a dog training business on the side.”

She moved to Nashville at a young age

“I started going to Nashville when I was 13 and started songwriting around the same age,” Baugh told the newspaper. “I put out my very first record when I was 13 years old.”

After touring in South Florida, the musician “started touring at the bigger venues and all the way up and down the state and up into Virginia.”

She used music to ‘escape’ bullying

“I started getting bullied at school,” Baugh admitted to Up N Country. “And so I kind of just started using music as an outlet to write my feelings down and kind of escape what I was going through.”

During the same interview, Baugh was asked whether it was true that she plays seven instruments.

“It’s kind of hard to count. I would say that I play, like, three on stage, but if you asked me to kind of mess around on some other instruments, I can definitely find my way around them,” she explained.

The music video for Trace Adkins’ 2021 song “Where the Country Girls At” featuring Luke Bryan and Pitbull shows Baugh “playing the fiddle,” which she told the outlet was “so much fun.”

“Last year, I was on tour with Keith Urban, and it’s been a crazy wild journey, man,” Baugh gushed to the Hamilton County Reporter.

She also told the newspaper that, when she’s not performing, she’s a “closet dork.”

She loves “reading books,” “thrifting” and “hanging out with friends.”

She’s viral on TikTok

In February 2022, Baugh launched a TikTok series called “Finish the Lick.”

The fun franchise shows her being challenged by a friend or fellow artist to finish the signature guitar riff of a popular song.

The account has amassed nearly 400,000 followers.
