What Wan’Dale Robinson is likely to get in free agency

Wan’Dale Robinson is standing tall among diminutive NFL receivers.

Robinson (5-foot-8) became the shortest receiver this century and the third shortest since 1985 to reach 1,000 yards in a season, per Pro Football Reference, when he went off Sunday (11 catches for 113 yards) to help the Giants beat the Raiders.

It’s a well-timed breakout for the 24-year-old Robinson, who is headed into free agency as a younger alternative to Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel and Jauan Jennings and with the 1,000-yard stamp that thus far has eluded Alec Pierce, Rashid Shaheed and Romeo Doubs. It should be pick-your-flavor after George Pickens cashes a top-of-the-market payday.

“He’s going to command $15 million to $16 million per year,” one NFL pro scout told The Post. “It has to be more than Darius Slayton at $12 million per year — the Giants gave him too much — and maybe only slightly less than Christian Kirk at $18 million per year. He’s looked faster, he’s played stronger and he’s been more versatile as they challenged him to get a little more vertical this year. I wouldn’t pay too much attention to his size — it’s the ability to get open.”

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
