What Time Does ‘The Gilded Age’ Season 3 Episode 3 Come Out on HBO?

You are formally invited to attend the premiere of a brand new episode of The Gilded Age Season 3 tonight on HBO and MAX. The third season of the period drama debuted a few weeks ago, reuniting us with “Train Daddy” George Russell (Morgan Spector), “Opera Mommy” Bertha Russell (Carrie Coon), the indomitable Aunt Agnes Van Rhijn (Christine Baranski), and everyone’s favorite alarm clock inventor Jack Trotter (Ben Ahlers). While Larry Russell (Harry Richardson) and Marian Brook (Louisa Jacobson) quietly explore their new romance, Gladys Russell (Taissa Farmiga) is nursing a broken heart. Will she wind up marrying the Duke (Ben Lamb)? What’s next for Peggy (Denée Benton)? When does the next episode of The Gilded Age come out?

The Gilded Age comes from Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes. Like the Masterpiece on PBS hit, The Gilded Age follows the lives of incredibly rich people in the past and the servants who (somehow) love them. (No, like these shows paint a really rosy view of the relationships between the Upstairs and Downstairs crowds.)

The Gilded Age Season 3 is primarily focused on Bertha Russell’s dream of marrying her daughter Gladys to an English Duke. During this era in world history, British blue bloods found their fortunes depleted by the nation’s shift from an agrarian culture to an industrial economy. In order to find the funds to keep their massive estates running, British lords began marrying the daughters of new money American families, like Consuelo Vanderbilt, Jennie Jerome, and Frances Work.

Will Gladys marry the Duke? Will Ada (Cynthia Nixon) get her staff to give up booze? Will Jack Trotter sell his alarm clock? When does the next episode of The Gilded Age come out on HBO?

HBO has yet to announce a fourth season of The Gilded Age. During a recent press conference, even series creator Julian Fellowes revealed he doesn’t know if there will be a Gilded Age Season 4.

“You have as much idea as we do, that I will say,” Fellowes said, when asked. “I always love it though, as I was saying yesterday, you always ask these questions, knowing you’re not going to get a decent answer. And I never really quite understand why, unless it’s just the fun of us saying we’re not going tell you! But we don’t know either at the moment.”
