Vladimir Guerrero leads Blue Jays past Dodgers in Game 4 to even World Series



Shohei Ohtani was an unstoppable force in Game 3. He couldn’t contain the Blue Jays a day later.

Toronto’s lineup on Tuesday backed starter Shane Bieber in a 6-2 win in Game 4 to even up the World Series. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. put the Jays up in the third inning with a two-run homer off Ohtani, a lead Toronto would not relinquish at Dodger Stadium.

Guerrero, who finished the night 2-for-4, continues to be the cog that drives the Blue Jays’ offense, now with seven homers and 1.306 OPS in the playoffs.

Ohtani allowed four runs over six innings, striking out six. On the other side, Bieber allowed one run over 5 1/3 frames while whiffing three.
