Williams, 62, started to struggle with maintaining her health after experiencing hormonal changes in her late 40s.

“My fifties were hard,” she said. “I started perimenopause in my late forties but suddenly, at 51, it’s crazy how your body changes.”

The Miss America winner admitted to feeling “out of control” of her own body.

“Because you’re working out the same way, eating the same, and your body is not reacting the way it used to,” she said.

Williams isn’t above using medication to feel her best.

“Science is amazing,” she gushed. “I’m like: ‘What’s next? Bring it on!’”

The Tony winner also copped to using Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to help with menopause, as well as nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide injections (NAD+) to support cellular rejuvenation.

To maintain her youthful glow, she tried a facial treatment called P5, which is an updated version of the “vampire facial,” and involves polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid.

“I’ve done it three times and definitely see a difference,” she said

Williams also uses a hand-held Ziip device on her face, which can help tighten, plump and contour skin.

“It was created by the make-up artist Melanie Simon, who I worked with when I was doing ‘Desperate Housewives,’” she said. “She sent me one and I’ve been using it for 15 years.”

For Williams, aging isn’t all bad.

“There’s an ease and wisdom that comes with age. It’s just delightful to still be in the game,” she said of her thriving acting career.

Williams is currently starring as Miranda Preistley in the West End musical production of “The Devil Wears Prada.”
