Tyrone Tracy Jr. exits early with shoulder injury in potential Giants nightmare


Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. went down and left the game after taking a hit along the Chiefs’ sideline after he caught a short 3-yard pass from Russell Wilson at MetLife Stadium on Sunday night.

Tracy appeared to be pointing toward his arm as he was down on the ground and was listed as questionable to return with a shoulder injury.

He was helped back to the Giants’ sideline by the team’s medical staff and a team trainer could be seen holding the running back’s right arm.

The running back was taken back to the Giants’ locker room where he received an X-ray, according to the NBC broadcast.

Tracy had 29 yards on seven carries before he exited with the injury.

Giants kicker Graham Gano also exited the game in the first quarter and was questionable to return with a groin injury.

Punter Jamie Gillian would take over all kicking duties if Gano is unable to play
