A TV presenter dubbed “Adrenaline Woman” has died in a tragic accident while base jumping in Spain, her colleagues announced.
The death of Marta Jiménez, 34, a popular presenter on the Spanish chat show “El Hormiguero” (The Anthill), was confirmed by her co-host Pablo Motos on social media.

“Marta has left us, the adrenaline woman, she lost her life doing what she loved most,” he said in a statement reported by Spanish outlet E-Noticies.
Jiménez, known as the “Adrenaline Woman” for her high-octane and daring stunts, which she performed on the show, suffered an accident during the jump in the Pyrenees mountains in northern Spain Sunday.


Although rescue teams rushed to the scene, they were unable to save her, “The Anthill” said in a statement.
Among Jiménez’s most-famous stunts on the show were base-jumping almost 200 feet from a crane, before which she admitted suffering a panic attack due to nerves, Semana reported.
