President Trump slammed New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani as a “pure communist,” warning that federal funding for the Big Apple could be at risk if the democratic socialist wins the general election.
“He’s a communist, I think it’s very bad for New York,” Trump told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”
