Tori Spelling once gifted Dean McDermott her old breast implants

This present really came from the heart — or rather from the chest.

Tori Spelling revealed that she once gave ex Dean McDermott her old breast implants as a “DIY” anniversary gift.

“I took the old implants that I got, I don’t think the doctor was supposed to give them to me but he did, and put them in, like, a Lucite box, and I made bookends out of them,” Spelling, 52, shared on Monday’s “misSPELLING” episode.

“Come on, you guys, you know I like to DIY,” the actress joked. “I never disappoint.”

Even after her divorce from McDermott, 58, the gift is still one of her prized possessions.

Her ex offered to return the present when they separated. Although she was “offended” by the offer, she accepted because they “are still very good friends and co-parent well.”

Even though McDermott suggested she sell them on eBay, the former reality star insisted she “would never” — despite wondering about how much they’re worth.

“Wait, how much do you think I could get for them? I’m just curious, asking for a friend,” she quipped.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum also revealed she has plans to update the souvenirs.

“I kind of want to have them bronzed or something,” Spelling said. “If they were bronzed … I could then make them paperweights.”

The estranged couple got married in May 2006. They share five children: son Liam, 18, daughter Stella, 17, daughter Hattie, 13, son Finn, 12, and son Beau, 8.

McDermott is also dad to son Jack, 25.

They separated in June 2023 after 17 years of marriage.

“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.

“We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time,” he added.

After their explosive split, the co-parents both moved on with new relationships.

Just four months after announcing the divorce, McDermott debuted his romance with actor Lily Calo. The two were caught holding hands in October 2023

The following month, the “sTORI Telling” author made headlines for making out with McDermott look-alike Ryan Cramer.

At the time, McDermott reportedly thought Spelling’s new romance was a desperate plea for attention.

“He thinks Tori’s doing this for attention,” an insider told Us Weekly in November 2023. “They’re on fairly icy terms right now but trying to stay cordial.”

Although Spelling and Cramer initially fizzled out, they rekindled their relationship and made their red carpet debut in April.
