The former Cowboys quarterback, who was explaining a defensive holding call on Bills cornerback Cole Bishop, pointed out two potential infractions on the replay before letting out a groan-like noise.
The broadcast didn’t show Romo and play-by-play announcer Jim Nantz in the booth, and instead switched back to the game — where the Bills were up 7-0 with less than two minutes to go in the first — making it unclear exactly what happened.

The Bills ultimately prevailed, defeating the Chiefs 28-21 at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo.
It was the Bills’ fifth consecutive regular season victory over the Chiefs.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen, the reigning NFL MVP, threw one touchdown pass and ran for two other scores.
He set the franchise record for completion percentage by going 23 of 26 (88.5 percent) for 273 yards.

The Bills visit the Dolphins in Miami on Sunday, while the Chiefs have a bye week before playing the Broncos in Denver on Nov. 16.
