The 26-room residence at 4 Mason Hill, completed in 2020 on a 7-acre parcel, was custom-built by its current owners, who are now relocating out of state, according to NJ.com.
Designed by architect Jeffrey A. Beer, the 11,000-square-foot home combines contemporary architecture with resort-style amenities, from dual outdoor kitchens to a multimillion-dollar movie theater. But it’s that one quirky amenity that really makes a bang.
“The idea for the indoor shooting lane came directly from the sellers,” listing agent Cristian Perez, of Serhant New Jersey, told The Post.
“They are avid shooters and felt there could be no greater convenience than being able to enjoy their sport in the comfort of their own home.”
The firing range is soundproof and equipped with specialized ventilation to handle lead discharge.

“From the start, they wanted it to be a self-contained area built with the best available materials, ensuring safety, quality and an experience that matched professional standards,” Perez said.
Beyond its range, the home features a main-level primary suite, four upstairs ensuite bedrooms, and a lower level with an indoor pool, a spa, a gym and a bar.
“One of the true standouts is the lower level,” Perez added.
The property’s location adds to its appeal.
“Because the property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs to conservation land, it offers privacy without sacrificing convenience,” Perez said.
The home is roughly 30 minutes from Newark International Airport and an hour from Midtown Manhattan.
Though priced well above the township’s median home sale of $1.5 million, the agents note that the cost reflects the scale of the property and today’s construction prices.
“If you built it today, it would cost $12 million,” Perez, who is co-listing the property with Tony Verducci, said.
