‘The View’s Joy Behar Gives Rare Praise To Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert After They Stood Up For Epstein Victims: “I Was Happy To See That”

In a rare moment for the divisive talk show, The View host Joy Behar offered some praise for conservatives Marjorie Taylor Greene, Nancy Mace and Lauren Boebert after they spoke out in defense of the female victims impacted by Jeffrey Epstein.

“Wasn’t it heartening to see Marjorie Taylor Greene and Nancy Mace and Lauren Boebert sticking up for the Epstein victims?” Behar asked her co-hosts during a discussion about the convicted sex trafficker. She admitted, “I was happy to see that. Usually, I’m not on their side.”

She continued, “Because they’re women and they care. Good for them.”

Alyssa Farah Griffin then pointed out that Mace personally met with the victims and was photographed leaving in tears after hearing about their experiences.

“She was hysterical,” Behar added.

“When you hear the stories of these women, I don’t know how you couldn’t want justice,” Griffin said.

Behar later slammed male politicians who continue to support President Trump amid the speculation regarding his past with Epstein.

“The men, these senators and congressmen who support him in everything he says, no matter what he does, they’re behind him. It’s unbelievable,” she said.

Sunny Hostin also offered some praise for the victims, noting that she heard from many victims of sexual abuse when she previously worked as a prosecutor.

“These women will try and get through it but they will never get over it,” she said. “They are surviving trauma to the degree that I don’t think many people can understand. And that’s why I do think this has captured America.”
