‘The View’ Accuses Joy Behar Of “Wanting Attention” By Showing Off Her Chest On ‘WWHL’: “Soft Porn”
Joy Behar‘s recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live earned some praise on this morning’s episode of The View.
When Behar joined Andy Cohen in the Bravo Clubhouse on Sept. 10, she ended the episode by reading off the “Top 5 Joy Behar Real Housewife taglines” that were pre-written by Cohen’s staff. For her final tagline, she read, “Take a little time to enjoy this view,” as she unbuttoned her blazer and pushed her chest out, sending Cohen into hysterics.

The playful moment returned to haunt Behar during a spicy conversation about thirst traps on this morning’s taping of The View, with Alyssa Farah Griffin reminding Behar that she’s just as guilty of participating in the trend.
After the WWHL clip played for the audience, a shocked Sunny Hostin exclaimed, “I didn’t know you did that, Joy!”
Behar insisted it was “not a thirst trap,” while Ana Navarro likened the moment to “soft porn” and Sara Haines jokingly asked, “Why would you show the twins if you weren’t wanting attention?”
But Behar quickly fired back, “Because it was a joke. I’m a comedian, hello!”
This isn’t the first time thirst traps have been spoken about on The View. It was only a couple of years ago that Whoopi Goldberg even learned what one was. After Haines explained that it’s “when you post a sexy picture” for “clicks,” Griffin admitted that she “loves a good thirst trap.”
In fact, she once posted one of her own.
“My husband and I went on one brief hiatus a few months into dating, we were doing long-distance, he broke up with me. I was devastated, but how do you get him back? Post a sexy beachside photo,” she said during the February 2023 episode. “He was calling me the next day and we were back together.”
The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
