Teddi Mellencamp’s estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, debuts new girlfriend

Teddi Mellencamp’s estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, has a new woman in his life.

Arroyave took to his Instagram Story Monday to hard-launch his relationship with a blond woman named Elsa.

“About last night,” the entrepreneur wrote atop the photo, which showed the couple dressed formally while standing in front of a scenic body of water.

For the outing, Arroyave, 48, wore all black: a fitted suit, collared shirt and patent leather loafers. He also had his arm around his girlfriend’s waist.

Elsa, for her part, matched in a black cutout gown, platform heels and a small purse.

They both completed their looks with sunglasses and smiled for the camera.

Elsa’s Instagram account is private, but her bio notes that she loves to “travel,” “collect moments,” “make memories” and “leave … footprints.”

Mellencamp, who married Arroyave in July 2011, filed for divorce in November 2024. They share three minor children, while the businessman also has a teenage daughter from his first marriage.

At the time, Page Six reported that Mellencamp’s affair with her then-married horse trainer led to the split.

Three months later, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum — who had previously beaten skin cancer — underwent emergency surgery after “doctors found multiple tumors on [her] brain, which they believe [had] been growing for at least 6 months.”

Mellencamp revealed in March that her medical team discovered “more tumors in [her] brain” as well as some in her lungs, advancing her to stage 4.

However, earlier this month, she announced that “there is no detectable cancer” in her system, thanks to immunotherapy.

Despite their separation, a supportive Arroyave remained by his estranged wife’s side throughout her treatment, even though she had already moved on romantically.

The daughter of famed musician John Mellencamp is currently dating producer Ricci Rea.
