The velvet David Koma design retails for $1,875 and features a crystal-embroidered choker neckline and fit-and-flare silhouette.
Swift upped the sparkle factor further with dazzling diamond drop earrings and, of course, her stunning old mine brilliant-cut engagement ring — designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine in collaboration with the pop icon’s fiancé, Travis Kelce, as exclusively confirmed by Page Six Style.
It’s not the first time the “Fate of Ophelia” songstress has worn David Koma for a major appearance.
In fact, she opted for another embellished black dress by the designer for her last visit to “The Graham Norton Show” in 2022, when she was promoting her “Midnights” record.

She also wore two different looks from the brand at the 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards, walking the carpet in a gem-covered dress with a daring sheer skirt and later changing into a crystallized silver polo dress during the ceremony.
And for a 2021 stop at “Late Night With Seth Meyers,” Swift slipped into an off-the-shoulder, long-sleeved David Koma LBD accented with — you guessed it — a sprinkling of sparkly stones at the waistline.
The 14-time Grammy winner’s slated for another appearance on Meyers’ show next Wednesday, so perhaps she’ll stick with sartorial tradition once again.
