Taylor Swift reveals first impression of Jason Kelce during Chiefs-Bills game

Taylor Swift’s first encounter with Jason Kelce was certainly memorable to say the least.

On Wednesday, Swift detailed her wild initial experience with the elder Kelce brother during a January 2024 playoff game in Buffalo on the “New Heights” podcast he co-hosts with the popstar’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

“Did you know I was told to be on my best behavior?” Jason, 37, asked Swift, 35, on the highly anticipated installment, as transcribed by usmagazine.com.

“I didn’t know what you were told,” Swift responded, adding that she’s heard him use that verbiage in conversations with his 4-year-old daughter.

“I did know that one of the first things I saw you say to (wife) Kylie (was), ‘I was just shotgunning beers with the Bills Mafia and I really want to go through one of the fire tables.’ … She goes, ‘OK. Can we not do that right now?’”

Thankfully for Jason and Travis, 35, the talk of tables did not derail the day.

“I meet you, you’re exactly as I thought you would be. Kylie is exactly as I thought she would be,” Swift said, per the outlet. “The realest. The smartest, the coolest. You’re fantastic.”

The hectic day in question transpired on Jan. 21, 2024, when the Bills hosted the Chiefs in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Jason went viral that day for celebrating shirtless in a Highmark Stadium suite, which he shared with Swift and others.

The retired center even jumped into the stands at one point — sans shirt — after the Chiefs scored in the first half of their eventual 27-24 win, which his wife did not appreciate.

Swift still distinctly remembers that moment.

“I swear to god, Jason, you flew through the window at lightspeed,” Swift said. “I love this new world that Travis has shown me. It’s so fun. It’s so exciting.”

Jason had plenty of fun with Bills Mafia before the game, including drinking out of a bowling ball, which influenced his decisions at the time.

“This is how my mind works after 40 Miller Lites,” Jason said last year. “I’ll tell you what, when I jumped out of that box I forgot that I had been dealing with an MCL sprain because the moment I landed my right foot and my knee twisted and luckily it’s good. Forgot that knee was a little loose.”
