‘Southern Charm’ Star Salley Carson’s Beef With Taylor Ann Green Escalates As She Addresses Rumors About An Alleged Affair With A Married Doctor

The girls are fighting again! Southern Charm star Salley Carson has hit back at her former co-star Taylor Ann Green‘s claim that she had an affair with a married doctor.

The drama started when TikTok user @ginnieweston posted a video calling out Carson’s “pick me” behavior on this season of Southern Charm, in which she’s been actively flirting with both Craig Conover and Austen Kroll. Another TikTok user commented on the video, comparing Carson’s actions to those of Green, who joined Southern Charm as Shep Rose‘s girlfriend in Season 7 before announcing her exit after Season 10.

Green clapped back in a since-deleted comment, accusing Carson of “manipulating a doctor into cheating on his wife” and claiming she was “fully dating someone the entire time they were filming this past season while also trying to hook up with both Craig and Austen.”

Carson fired back at Green via her Instagram Story after the comment went viral, denying both of the former Southern Charm star’s allegations.

“Wild how strangers can confidently state ‘facts’ about situations they’ve never been in and people they don’t actually know,” Carson wrote. “Let me just say, the rumors circulating online about my personal life are completely false. The only doctor I’ve ever been involved with was my ex-fiancé and he was well out of his marriage when I met him.”

“Secondly, I did not have a boyfriend while filming this season,” she continued. “Thirdly, the person making these accusations needs to shut their mouth before I open mine.”

Green later took to the original TikTok video to explain her controversial comment.

“Look … if people are going to continue to tag me in posts comparing me to that girl, yeah I’m going to have something to say,” she said. “I’ve taken a lot of heat being compared to people, but I draw the line with this one. I stepped away from the show for a reason and considering everything I went through, during and after I had already admitted to my mistakes, I’m extremely proud of how far I’ve come and I will not stand for this type of comparison.”

The beef between Carson and Green stems back to Southern Charm Season 10. When Carson joined the show that season, she was dating Andrew Dietz, whom Green had previously dated. Carson also slept with Rose after he and Green broke up. And if that’s not enough, she also had a fling with Green’s current boyfriend, Gaston Rojas, before he and Green started seeing each other more than two years ago. All of this overlap was bound to cause drama, and it sure did when Carson took to trash-talking Rojas throughout Season 10, putting her at odds with Green from the start.
