The reigning MVP was playing at Paycom Center against the Wizards, leading the Thunder to their sixth straight win to start the season. Authorities discovered the burglary while the game was still in progress.

No one was at the home of Gilgeous-Alexander — who also took home Finals MVP last season — at the time, News 9 reported.

Police said there is “no reason to believe the public is in any danger” and that the investigation remains ongoing.

Thunder general manager Sam Presti was spotted at the scene Thursday night in the wake of the incident, per News 9.

The break-in adds Gilgeous-Alexander’s name to a growing list of high-profile athletes — Luke Doncic, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce among them — who have had their homes targeted by thieves.

The 27-year-old guard has been the face of the Thunder’s rapid ascent across recent years.

Last season, Gilgeous-Alexander averaged a league-leading 32.7 points per game and led Oklahoma City to its first NBA championship.

The three-time All-Star is averaging 34.2 points per game so far this season.
