Seth Curry signs with Warriors in reunion with superstar brother Steph

From the “Splash Bros” to the “Curry Bros” in Golden State.

Seth Curry, brother of Golden State superstar Stephen Curry, signed with the Warriors, according to multiple reports Tuesday.

Seth reportedly signed a one-year non-guaranteed contract and is expected to serve as a reserve for the Western Conference power.

This signing comes as the team finally reached a contract agreement with former top draft pick Jonathan Kuminga, who had been in the middle of a contract stand-off with the Warriors.

Seth and his future Hall of Fame brother had previously been teammates after the former signed with Golden State after going undrafted out of Duke in the 2013 NBA Draft.

Seth signed a non-guaranteed contract and played in six preseason games before being waived, while his brother and Klay Thompson starred as the “Splash Bros” duo.

The younger Curry was then picked up by the Memphis Grizzlies’ G-League (formerly D-League) affiliate, and it took him until this third season to truly break out.

He posted 6.8 points per game in 5.7 minutes off the bench for the Sacramento Kings in the 2015-16 season.

Curry since enjoyed a successful career as a bench player throughout the league, largely thanks to him converting 47.1 percent of his 3s, with the Warriors marking his ninth team in 11 years.

If Curry does make the team, Curry will likely be used very sparingly behind his brother, Brandin Podziemski, Buddy Hield and De’Anthony Melton.

Golden State opens the season against the Lakers on Oct. 21.
