Things went a-fowl for Hillary Martin, of Orange County, when the bird careened into her noggin on the park’s high-speed Makoroller coaster in March — causing her head injuries, according to the suit, filed Monday.
Martin, who is demanding $50,000, alleges SeaWorld created “a zone of danger” for bird strikes by operating a ride that disorients waterfowl near a body of water, according to the lawsuit, cited by WFTV.

“[It]creates a higher risk of bird strikes involving ducks, gulls, geese and other waterfowl,” the suit states.
Martin suffered permanent injuries, disfigurement, and mental pain and suffering and had to pay medical expenses, the suit states.

She’s now seeking a trial by jury.
Sea World didn’t immediately return a request for comment Wednesday.
