No bail has been set since Kelley has yet to go before a judge, the outlet reported.
Kelley — who shares sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11, with Scott, 57 — documented her arrest on her Instagram Stories.
“The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why,” she wrote. “Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will.”
“I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing,” the “Real World” alum added. “I am so scared. So confused.”
In other posts, Kelley called Scott the “most hated man on earth” and demanded, “Send the kids now!!! No more games. This is war. Last chance before I go to the press.”
She also claimed she had a flight the next morning to “leave for six months” because she had “surrendered” and wouldn’t “fight another minute.”
“The kids hate me. The town hates me. And I love my life! I’m so happy and all I wanted was to see my kids before I left. I love you Scott. Take care of our kids,” Kelley wrote.
On the day of Kelley’s arrest, Scott filed for a protective order, according to Us Weekly.
An emergency divorce hearing has also reportedly been scheduled for Thursday.
Us further reported that Scott was awarded “temporary sole physical custody” of the exes’ three children, though they will “share legal custody” that follows a parenting plan that Scott filed.
The “Party of Five” actor has “temporary final decision-making authority” over the kids. He also granted Kelley “liberal supervised parent time” which involves “three supervised call/video calls per week” with her kids. Kelley, per the ruling, is “permitted to engage and communicate” with her kids if they reach out.
The Post has reached out to Scott and Kelley’s reps for comment.
Scott, who tied the knot with Kelley in 2004, announced he filed for divorce from his estranged wife back in June.
A few days later, Kelley was detained by police as she livestreamed herself trying to gain access to the former couple’s Park City, Utah, property.
Kelley was then placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold and Scott was awarded a temporary restraining order against his ex. However, he chose to drop the order on July 19 following a strict new agreement with Kelley.
Days before her arrest, Kelley claimed on Instagram that she hasn’t seen her three children in months.
Scott, for his part, broke his silence on the escalating drama in an Aug. 15 statement to People. He called Kelley out for making alleged fake accusations of abuse against him.
“I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to ‘make claims’ about me, although she also admitted, ‘I do not believe they’re true,’ in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a ‘battle’ in court, and in the court of public opinion,” Scott said.
He called Kelley’s claims “completely baseless” and “incredibly dangerous,” before adding that “the worst part is that they are traumatic for our children.”
“I continue to ask for privacy and respect for our family, and give thanks to all those who have shown their love and support,” the “Nancy Drew” actor concluded.
