The massive 2,910-square-foot aerie features four private terraces across an additional 973 square feet of outdoor space.

It first asked $12 million in 2023, as Gimme Shelter exclusively reported at the time.

The seller is beauty mogul Cassandra Grey — the widow of the late former Paramount head Brad Grey, mom to their child Jules, and founder of beauty brand Violet Grey. She was formerly in a six-year relationship with celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson before it ended last year.

Past and present owners in the building include Clive Davis, Nicole Kidman and producer Zoe Jackson, the daughter of Samuel L. Jackson.

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bath dwelling opens from a private elevator landing to a large foyer that leads to a living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s also an open chef’s kitchen that helps anchor the home, plus a spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite bath.

The 16-story Renaissance Revival building was designed by McKim, Meade & White in 1894 and is now crowned by a clocktower penthouse. It was converted from offices to condos in 2018 by developer Don Peebles and the Elad Group, with designs by Jeffrey Beers International.

Building amenities include a gym, a 75-foot lap pool, a hot tub, a theater and a wine cellar — as well as a landscaped rooftop with cabanas, fireplaces, dining areas and city views.

Listing broker Frances Katzen, of Douglas Elliman, declined to comment.
