‘RHOSLC’ Star Britani Bateman Says Luann De Lesseps Was Rude To Her At BravoCon On ‘WWHL’

Britani Bateman has an announcement: Luann de Lesseps was allegedly rude to her at BravoCon.
On Tuesday night’s (Dec. 2) episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star to name the rudest Bravolebrity she met at BravoCon — and she did not hold back.

“I would say Luann,” she answered. “I really love you, Luann. I’m sorry. Don’t be mad at me for saying that.”
This might come as a surprise to some fans since both women can be considered Bravo showgirls. When Cohen asked if de Lesseps was aware of Bateman’s “Broadway pedigree,” the reality star confirmed that she was.
“She came up to me and asked me about it, and then I asked her, ‘Hey, well, I would love for you to make a cameo.’ And she turned me down,” Bateman shared. “She was like, ‘Oh, I don’t do other people’s shows.’ I was like, ‘OK, whatever.’”
This shady question is often one that lands Bravolebrities in trouble, including de Lesseps. Just before BravoCon, she called Dorit Kemsley and Erika Jayne rude at one of her cabaret shows.
When the three women participated in BravoCon Live’s 20th anniversary celebration of Real Housewives, Cohen called them up for a round of “Squash That Beef.”
“I don’t know them well,” de Lesseps explained to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars. “When I met Dorit, she was very close to Kyle [Richards], so I really didn’t get to know her because those two were thick as thieves. And Erika and I really don’t know each other that well, from the few times we’ve seen each other.”
De Lesseps only made things worse when she added, “For me, when I said, ‘Bitch,’ it was a term of endearment, really. It wasn’t said in a mean way. It was not.”
While they weren’t able to mend fences this year, perhaps de Lesseps will have better luck with Bateman at the next BravoCon.
Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
