‘RHONY’ alum Jill Zarin called out for having ‘an entirely different face’ on social media

Jill Zarin may not be keepin’ it “Real.”

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum showed off her notably different appearance in a video posted on Instagram Monday.

Zarin, 61, was seen quenching her thirst by cracking open a cold can of Diet Coke and taking a sip.

“My love language? A cold Diet Coke straight from my vending machine 🥤❤️ What’s yours?” she captioned the clip.

The Bravolebrity looked chic in black skinny jeans and a brown shirt layered under a cheetah-print blazer.

However, the eye-catching jacket wasn’t what caught the attention of her Instagram followers.

Fans flooded the comments section to weigh in on Zarin’s youthful glow.

“You look like you are in your twenties Jill. Amazing,” one person commented on the post.

“Wow— that does not even look like your face anymore. Not bad, just an entirely different face,” a second person wrote.

“Jill you always look amazing!!!! But your face is totally giving facelift vibes!!! At its best you don’t look the same lol this gotta be a big facelift for sure 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌,” a third fan said.

“I’m watching RHONY from the beginning…you look fab in this but I honestly didn’t recognize you, but the voice is the same!! Not meant to be a diss…just trying to figure out what is different?” another added.

“You look 15 years younger,” someone gushed, with a social media user asking, “Is that Jill?”

It’s unclear how exactly Zarin accomplished her transformation, though she has been open about her beauty procedures in the past.

Last year, Page Six exclusively reported that she underwent a full “facial rejuvenation” with celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky to create a “more youthful look.”

Zarin underwent a facelift, chin implant and fat transfer to address her “jowling, sagging neck skin” and other superficial issues, the plastic surgeon confirmed.

“The procedure included a dual plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful look. To enhance her profile, I placed a small chin implant,” the doctor explained.

He also performed the fat transfer to “restore volume to her midface, temples, earlobes and hands.”

Two years prior, Zarin joked about wanting a facelift to look younger on camera.

“Not in person, but on TV. I know I need my eyes done,” she said at her Luxury Luncheon in 2022. “I may need some tweaking, but it’s OK. I own it.”
