“I’ve been holding out on you bitches, I’m not going to lie,” she told fans. “I don’t want to not be able to get this s—t, because if I can’t, I’m nothing … This is literally the best thing ever.”
The first step? Palladio Lip Stain, an under-$10 waterproof find that comes in six shades (Mocha Cream is Rapp’s go-to).

“Hell yeah, I saw this s—t on TikTok,” Rapp quipped. “Hell yeah, I bought like 20, and I’m never letting it go.”
She layers the highly-pigmented product with Make Up For Ever Extreme Waterproof Lip Liner in Wherever Walnut, warning fans: “Don’t make this hard for me to get … after this I’m going and I’m buying 50.”
“The line in ‘Leave Me Alone’ that’s like, ‘match my lip liner to my nipples’ … I actually do. It actually works,” she added of her buzzy new single.

To put the finishing touches on, the “Mean Girls” star adds some shimmer with a dab of L’Oréal Paris Plump Ambition Hylauron Lip Oil in the center of her bottom lip.

While she says she’s been “wearing less makeup” in her new “Bite Me” album era, Rapp still relies on a handful of tried-and-true staples. Below, shop more of her must-haves, from fake freckles to her holy-grail makeup remover.

Rapp’s makeup base is anything but basic. She uses this MAC formula in places you “wouldn’t usually use primer for,” including her lips and the bridge of her nose.

When it comes to fixing any eyeliner errors, Rapp keeps “the best f—king makeup remover” on hand.

The actress uses this Alix Earle- and Emily Ratajkowski-approved pen to add extra freckles and amplify her natural birthmark.

Rapp didn’t mince words about this eyelash curler, simply saying: “It is so f—king good, it’s stupid.”
