The former military pilot, 41, moved his hand to Markle’s lower back after the “Suits” alum, 44, shifted positions and seemingly corrected him.
Harry, in turn, appeared to laugh.
Reps for Harry and Markle did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Eagle-eyed social media users caught more awkward interactions during the New York City step-and-repeat, including Harry trying to exit the carpet as his partner lingered.
Fans believe he even urged the former actress to “come on now” (via Daily Mail.)
The couple, married since 2018, also engaged in subtle PDA.
The retired royals, who both suited up for the occasion, were photographed holding hands.
While they left their little ones at home for the event, Markle and Harry spoke about Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, during their speech.
“They’re still too young for social media, but we know that day is coming,” the “Deal or No Deal” alum said.
“Like so many parents, we think constantly about how to embrace technology’s benefits while safeguarding against its dangers,” she continued. “And that hopeful intention of separation is rapidly becoming impossible.”
Harry agreed that this is a “pivotal moment” to “protect children and support families in the digital age.”
Markle, notably, keeps Archie and Lilibet’s faces off of social media while documenting their family’s lives in Montecito, Calif., via her relaunched Instagram.
As Markle and Harry made headlines for their joint appearance Thursday, their estranged family members Prince William and King Charles III did the same.
The father-son pair attended a Natural History Museum event together.
William, 43, and Charles, 76, have had a contentious relationship with Markle and Harry since the duo left England — and their royal roles.
However, Harry reunited with his dad last month for the first time in over a year.
He has yet to meet with Prince of Wales, however, and Fox News recently reported that William’s sticking point is a “persistent lack of trust” in Markle.
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
