Prince Harry appears to let slip UK plan for Archie, Lilibet during Joss Stone chat
Prince Harry appears to have accidentally let slip his rumored plan to have Archie and Lilibet be schooled in the UK during a recent conversation with British singer Joss Stone.
The Duke of Sussex discussed his and Meghan Markle’s children, who are aged 6 and 4, with the Grammy winner at the WellChild Awards in London earlier this month.

The “Spare” author, 41, was apparently very curious about Stone’s decision to move back to the UK after living in the US for some years.
“He also asked about how we were settling back in and was genuinely interested in our move home,” the “Right to be Wrong” singer told People.
“He’s just very warm and down to earth, as always. Maybe Harry will move back too. That would be nice.”
“He was saying how wonderful the schools are here and how important community is for children,” Stone continued.
“It was nice to share that with him because it’s exactly why we felt drawn to come back — for the kids to grow up surrounded by family, friends and a strong sense of belonging and most importantly in a safe environment.”
Last month, The Post exclusively reported that the duke is “quite keen” for his children to follow in his footsteps by receiving a British education.
“It’s very likely and it’s completely possible because if they have their younger education in America, I’m sure their father will be quite keen to have a bit of a British education, but then it depends on how the relationship is with the rest of the family when the time comes,” Grant Harrold, former personal butler to King Charles, told The Post.
The former palace staffer noted that while a UK enrollment is not set in stone for Archie and Lilibet at this time, much of the decision depends on the Sussexes’ relationship with the Windsor clan.
Following what appeared to be a successful round of so-called peace talks with his estranged father earlier this month, the Invictus Games founder has indicated that the chances of bringing his children to the UK are now looking more likely.
“This week has definitely brought that closer,” he told the Guardian following his fleeting dash.
It comes after a source close to the Sussexes claimed that negotiations are in place over Archie and Lilibet’s education.
Insiders told the Daily Mail that Harry is eager to have his kids be educated in the UK, while the “Suits” alum, 44, is said to be against the idea of sending their children to boarding school.
“There is still some negotiation for Harry to have with Meghan,” a source told the outlet. “The king, however, is delighted.”
