Photos show end of California drought


California reached a rare feat when it was revealed that the Golden State is 100% free of droughts for the first time in 25 years.

While an expert told The Post that California’s lush era won’t last long, photos show how the end of the state’s drought has affected historically dry areas of the Golden State.

A series of storms eliminated all drought conditions in California, according to the US Drought Monitor. The state hasn’t experienced this amount of wetness since December 2000.
