Perv with spy glasses records under NYC subway rider’s skirt, but undercover cops catch him in the act: police
A migrant perv used spy glasses to record under a woman’s skirt on a busy Manhattan subway platform — but he was busted when plainclothes transit cops caught in the sickening act, officials said.
Roberto Perez Cuji, 33, of Ecuador, allegedly shoved a pair of smart glasses — with the camera turned on — under the woman’s clothes as she walked up the stairs inside the 4,5,6 Grand Central station during the evening rush hour, cops said.

Eagle-eyed plainclothes cops had an eye on the suspicious-looking Perez because he had been lurking in the Midtown station for several minutes but didn’t get on any trains, police said.
The subway sicko then allegedly took off the glasses, turned them on and put them under the straphanger’s skirt around 5 p.m., according to police.

Police nabbed him at the scene.
Perez Cuji, who lives in Elmhurst, was charged with unlawful surveillance.
He was arraigned Thursday morning in Manhattan Criminal Court and pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to online records. He was cut loose without bail because the charges weren’t bail eligible under state law.
