Paris Hilton gives rare update on pal Britney Spears as fans worry about her erratic behavior

Britney Spears’ longtime friend Paris Hilton said there’s no reason to worry about the pop star’s recent erratic behavior.

“She’s doing good,” the socialite told the Daily Mail of the “Gimme More” singer at the WWD Style Awards in Santa Monica, Calif., on Friday.

“She’s doing really good,” Hilton added.

Hilton and Spears spent time together last month with the former’s two children — son Phoenix and daughter London.

At the time, the “Toxic” songstress shared on Instagram, “My relationship with little Phoenix was quite intense he actually let me hold him forever and he held my chest and looked up to me and his stunning mamma was miraculously so beautiful in letting me hold him for so long.”

“I’m so proud of Paris for being such a strong, beautiful mother!!!!!!!” she continued. “And thank you sexy lady for visiting me on my birthday!!! You already know I love you sis!!!!”

In November 2025, a family insider told the Daily Mail that Spears had gone radio silent on her estranged family.

“She isn’t returning texts, won’t pick up calls, and won’t even read DMs,” the insider shared.

A second family source claimed that “her behavior is disturbing” and raising “a lot of red flags right now,” as loved ones “don’t really know what to do next.”

In December 2025, the “Crossroads” actress bizarrely carried a baby carrier and wore a mystery ring while coming back from a Cabo trip with fitness influencer Brandon Walker in pics exclusively obtained by Page Six.

The singer then spent Christmas with her youngest son, 19-year-old Jayden, while her older son, 20-year-old Sean Preston, chose to stay with Britney’s sister, Jamie Lynn Spears.

Britney later took a jab at her family in a sarcastic Christmas post.

“Merry late Christmas to my beautiful family who have never disrespected me, harmed me, ever done anything completely unacceptable or caused unbelievable trauma, the kind you can’t fix …” the “Womanizer” singer captioned an Instagram photo of what appeared to be her own Christmas tree.

“to my dear sweet innocent family … so so sorry I was busy this Christmas but I will definitely show up and surprise you soon …  I can’t wait ….,” she added.
