Paige Spiranac sets record straight about viral golf video
Paige Spiranac knows a thing or two about going viral, but a buzzy new video that has captivated much of the golf community isn’t one of her originals.
Taking to X on Saturday, the longtime golf influencer quelled speculation that she’s currently starring in a video of a blonde golfer tumbling onto the course after standing up in a cart while sipping a canned beverage.

“I would like to clear up the speculation. This is not me,” Spiranac told her one million followers. “We all know I wouldn’t be wearing a polo.”
The video post in question, shared by the X user @ClayDeux on Wednesday, has been viewed 2.7 million times as of Sunday.
One of the most notable names in the golf influencer space, Spiranac has amassed more than four million followers on Instagram, where she posts photos and videos from the course, often clad in revealing styles.
Back in April, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum laughed off criticism after she wore a skin-tight one-piece with an open back during a golf outing.
“People are so mad about this outfit,” Spiranac wrote in a post. “The funny part is I really thought it was one of my more conservative looks lol.”
Though combating detractors is nothing new for Spiranac, the social media juggernaut has made it clear time and again she’s proud of herself and the body she’s in.
Earlier this spring, she hit back at an online troll who chastised her for showing off her behind while wearing a pair of workout shorts in a golf video.
“I went from having my back connect to my thighs to this,” Spiranac replied in a side-by-side snap of her health journey.
“It’s not the biggest peach now but I’ve been working harder than I ever have in the gym and also with my diet. Heck yeah I’m going to show it off!
“I’m proud of my body and how hard I’ve been working to achieve my fitness goals.”
