“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” his family said in a statement to The Post on Tuesday. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.”

The couple met in 1970, but they didn’t get together until after Ozzy split from his first wife, Thelma Riley, with whom he shares three of his six children.

Ozzy, 76, married Sharon, 72, and they quickly started a family together — but their relationship became jeopardized after Ozzy attempted to murder his wife and then had an affair.

However, Sharon chose to stay with the rockstar. She supported him with his health issues that included his Parkinson’s diagnosis, three operations, stem cell treatments and Hybrid Assistive Limb treatment in the years leading up to his death.

“Sharon is like my soulmate — sometimes I love her, sometimes I don’t love her, sometimes I’m angry with her, sometimes I’m crazy about her, sometimes I’m very jealous of her, sometimes I wanna f—ng kill her,” Ozzy said about Sharon last year.

“But through it all, at the end of the day, I love her more than anything in the world,” he added. “Put it this way: I couldn’t live without her; I don’t wanna live without her.”
