NYC man kills 3 family members before turning gun on himself in horrific Bronx quadruple slaying

A 44-year-old man fatally shot his elderly mother, daughter and the younger woman’s boyfriend before turning the gun on himself in a disturbing burst of domestic violence inside a Bronx NYCHA apartment Wednesday morning, law enforcement sources said.

The horrific scene of family carnage was discovered  inside the home on Lacombe Avenue near Turneur Avenue, which is part of the Castle Hill Houses, at about 9:45 a.m., police said. Each victim and the shooter all were pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.

The alleged shooter’s 75-year-old mom was discovered in the back of the apartment near the bedroom, his 26-year-old daughter was also discovered near the back of the residence, and her beau was found toward the front of the unit near the door, the sources said.

Video reviewed by investigators shows the suspect stepping outside much earlier — around 8:10 a.m. — and leaving a voicemail to his 20-year-old son who lives in North Carolina, sources said.

He went back inside five minutes later and was discovered on the couch with a gun in his hand, the sources said.

The bodies were found when the mother of the gunman’s child called the cops asking for a wellness check, according to the sources.

None of the victims have yet been officially been identified by police.

The city medical examiner will make an official ruling on their causes of death.
