NYC boy in critical condition after he was struck by ambulance in Brooklyn


A 6-year-old boy was clinging to life after he was struck by a Hatzolah ambulance in Brooklyn Saturday morning, cops said. 

The boy had apparently run into the street mid-block on 52nd Street between 15th and 16th Avenue in Borough Park when the ambulance hit him around 10:30 a.m., a police source said.

The ambulance took the child to Maimonides Hospital in critical condition, and then returned to the scene of the crash, cops said.

There were no arrests and police are investigating.
