COLTS (-7) over Cardinals
Here’s something I never thought I would do: Lay a touchdown with Daniel Jones.

But we’re taking Jones and the Colts against a reeling Cardinals team, suddenly caught in a mini-controversy after coach Jonathan Gannon received a $100,000 fine for his sideline actions after running back Emari Demercado let go of the ball before scoring what should have been a game-clinching touchdown against the Titans.
There are concerns about Kyler Murray’s health, and he’s not even playing that well to boot.
Meanwhile, Jones and running back Jonathan Taylor lead a humming offense that is averaging 34 points per game at home and is 3-0 in said contests.
The Colts have scored at least 20 points in each game, and their defense is sneaky good.
Ride with the team playing some of the best ball in the NFL against a squad that perhaps eliminated you in Survivor since it couldn’t protect a 15-point lead against one of the league’s worst teams.

Broncos (-7.5) over JETS
It’s hard to see how the Jets are going to keep this one close against an elite defense allowing the fifth-fewest yards and rushing yards per game entering Week 6.
We already know the Jets are a run-first team, and that’s bad news against a defense that just limited Saquon Barkley to 30 rushing yards and the Eagles to 45 total.
Betting on the NFL?
Patrick Surtain II should limit Garrett Wilson’s ability to take over the game, which could mean the Jets will need rookie tight end Mason Taylor to carry them. That’s a tall task.
Meanwhile, the Jets’ defense can’t stop any offense right now. The Broncos’ offense has been inconsistent, but the Jets are a get-right spot for any team.
This could be a blowout.
2025 record: 3-6-1
Last week: 1-1; Lions (W); Dolphins (L)
