New Movies & Shows To Stream This Weekend: Frankenstein, Pluribus, All Her Fault + More
After a limited theatrical release, Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein arrives to Netflix this week. The film drops on the platform Friday. Also out Friday is the newest Vince Gilligan project, Pluribus, a New Mexico-set sci fi series that’s given viewers little to go on; all we know is Rhea Seehorn needs to save the world. And on Peacock, check out Sarah Snook as a mother scrambling to find her missing child in All Her Fault.
New on Netflix November 7: Frankenstein
Oscar winner Guillermo del Toro directs the latest adaptation of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein for Netflix, with Jacob Elordi as the re-animated Creature and Oscar Isaac playing Dr. Victor Frankenstein, the mad scientist who brings him to life. Victor’s younger brother William is played by Felix Kammerer, and Mia Goth also co-stars as and his fiancée Elizabeth, eventually becoming the object of the Creature’s desire.
New on Apple TV November 7: Pluribus
Pluribus, the new dystopian show from Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan, stars Rhea Seehorn as Carol, the only person in the world who appears to be immune to a “happiness” virus that affects the rest of the global population. The first two episodes of Pluribus premiere on Friday, followed by new episodes every Friday through December 26. A second season has already been greenlit.
New on Peacock November 6: All Her Fault
Sarah Snook stars in the new Peacock mystery thriller All Her Fault as a mother who drops her son off at a playdate, only for him to go missing. The series co-stars Dakota Fanning, Jake Lacy and Michael Peña, and all episodes are now available to watch.
