A man who went by the name of John Doe sued the “Act Bad” rapper, alleging that in September 2020, Combs pressured him to take ketamine while he was at a listening session for a Biggie project, according to TMZ.

Doe claims in the suit that he, Combs and a few others went to a warehouse in Los Angeles, where the late emcee’s clothes were being held in storage.

The plaintiff claims in the docs that Combs, 55, provided everyone present with drugs, which prompted people to begin running around the warehouse.

Doe claimed he ended up in a room alone with the Revolt co-founder, who allegedly began watching porn on his phone.

The unnamed man alleged that Combs grabbed one of Biggie’s old shirts off a rack and began masturbating in front of him.

Doe then claimed that Combs allegedly told him to “finish” him off, but he orgasmed into the shirt before he could react.

The plaintiff claimed in the docs that Combs laughed and allegedly tossed the semen-covered shirt onto his lap and said, “RIP Biggie,” before exiting the room. (Biggie was shot and killed in March 1997. He was 24.)

In the lawsuit, Doe brought up another alleged incident with Diddy. He claimed that, in 2005, Combs allegedly shoved his penis in his face and told him to “suck it.”

Doe is suing Combs for intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual battery and more and is seeking damages.

In a statement to Page Six, Combs’ legal team said, “Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.

“That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

The new lawsuit against the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper comes a week after he was acquitted of sex trafficking charges in his eight-week trial.

On July 2, Combs was found not guilty on two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and on racketeering conspiracy.
