In the hours since the Wednesday morning shooting in a residential Minneapolis neighborhood, the DHS has said that Good tried to “weaponize” her car and ram into agents.

“That, and I’ll say it again, is bulls–t. That is bulls–t. The way that they’ve been conducting themselves is also bulls–t, and we need to be very clear-eyed about what is happening,” Frey seethed on “Anderson Cooper 360.”

Frey suggested that Good was trying to “take a three-point turn” when she was shot. He argued her actions were “clearly not [done] with any sort of intention to run someone over.”

“You don’t need a legal degree to know that that doesn’t authorize a use of deadly force,” Frey added.

Noem insisted that the ICE agent who killed Good was “fearing for his life” and acting in the interest of “his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public” when he fired three “defensive shots.”
