Earlier this week, The Post reported that Rourke is facing eviction from his LA abode after allegedly racking up nearly $60,000 in unpaid rent.

According to court documents, the Hollywood bad boy was served with a three-day notice to pay his rent or vacate by Dec. 18 after failing to pay his bills.

Rourke’s rent allegedly climbed to $7,000 a month and he owed $59,100 when the notice was issued, according to the filing.

The notice was posted on the actor’s property and mailed when “no person of suitable age or discretion” could be found at the home.

The home is described as a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Spanish bungalow that has been “nicely upgraded” and built in 1926, according to Zillow.

Rourke emerged in Hollywood in the 1980s with roles in “Heaven’s Gate,” “Body Heat” and “Diner.”

After earning recognition as a brooding leading man in “9½ Weeks,” “Angel Heart,” “Barfly” and “The Pope of Greenwich Village,” he walked away from acting in the early ’90s to become a professional boxer.

Rourke made his return to the big screen as a washed-up fighter in 2008’s “The Wrestler,” which earned him a Golden Globe and Academy Award nomination.

This past April, he appeared in “Celebrity Big Brother UK” — only to be kicked off the show due to his  “threatening and aggressive behavior.”

He apologized and was later spotted at his home looking disheveled.
