The subpenthouse apartment in an affluent corner of Central London housed Jagger — and his wild parties — during the Rolling Stones’ meteoric rise to stardom in the 1960s. Its new owner is “a young British guy in his 30s,” according to the brokerage, Beauchamp Estates, and a self-described Stones fan.

The four-bedroom home listed for sale in March for the first time in 30 years, and sold in less than 16 weeks.

Jagger leased the apartment in 1965 — a critical juncture in his musical career. The 22-year-old was riding high off the runaway success of “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” and “Get Off My Cloud.”

The tony residence, which spans a comfortable 2,495 square feet, was the frequent site of notoriously rowdy ragers co-hosted by Jagger and his bandmate, Keith Richards. The flat also saw the start of Jagger’s relationship with singer Marianne Faithfull — the rocky pair were a frequent topic of the day’s celebrity gossip columns. The pair split up in 1970.

Rosy Khalastchy, director and head of Beauchamp Estates’ St. John’s Wood office, told The Post that the buyer encountered the piece of rock’n’roll history while searching for a home in the ritzy Marylebone area of London. Despite its hard-partying past, the landmarked home’s Edwardian charm is well-preserved.

“The Jagger penthouse is in extremely good condition,” Khalastchy told The Post. “The buyer will be able to move in immediately without needing to do any refurbishments or paint work.”

The residence features classical details, like parquet flooring and French windows. An expansive balcony along the width of the apartment and 10-foot ceilings add to its airy quality.

The layout includes four bedrooms, two reception rooms, a home cinema and a library — but the gem of the home is Jagger’s former “hippie chill-out lounge.”

The space is still used as a chill-out lounge, according to Khalastchy.

“We expect the new guy to continue the tradition of the room started by Jagger,” Khalastchy said in an email.

The Stones went on to release “Paint it Black” and other hits during Jagger’s tenure at the apartment, which ended in 1968 with Jagger and Faithful’s move to nearby Belgravia.

The buyer, who could not be identified, plans to use the pad as his London pied-à-terre, according to Khalastchy. The man’s status as a Rolling Stones fan could not be confirmed either, as The Post was informed his favorite Jagger tune is “Move Like Jagger” — apparently referencing “Moves Like Jagger” by the pop rock band Maroon 5.
