Mercedes G-Wagen-driving prep school brat screamed ‘I will kill you’ at cops after mowing down officers: DA

The entitled Pennsylvania brat charged with ramming police with his daddy’s Mercedes G-Wagen during a wild weekend car chase screamed, ‘I will kill you’ at cops as he was being arrested, prosecutors revealed.
The threat from 21-year-old nepo baby Dalton Lee Janiczek came after the insane Friday afternoon police pursuit that saw him slam the six-figure SUV into several police cars and “intentionally” running over a fallen cop three times before he was finally dragged out and cuffed.

“Put me in the car or I will kill you,” Janiczek allegedly told the cop after he was in custody, according to a complaint filed by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
Two cops ended up in the hospital, one in serious condition, officials said.
The son of a Pennsylvania legal bigwig, Janiczek is now behind held without bail on charges of attempted murder of a police officer, assault and other a slew of other counts.
The trouble began when Whitpain Township police tried to pull the Mercedes G-Wagen over and Janiczek allegedly took off, driving over the center median and barreling against traffic on the Skippack Pike on Friday afternoon.
He eluded police, but cops spotted the SUV in the parking lot of a Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel in Plymouth Township about 40 minutes later – and that’s when all hell broke loose.
According to the complaint, Janiczek rammed several patrol vehicles and struck one cop and knocked him to the ground – then turned around and hit him three more times.
Police fired five shots at the windshield but failed to stop the crazed driver – leaving him with a graze wound to the head, the complaint said.
One eyewitness to the mayhem outside the hotel told investigators that Janiczek “’intentionally’ ran over the officer” and “heard the officer yelling for help,” prosecutors said.
Janiczek, the son of Lee Janiczek, a partner with the prominent law firm of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the rowing team at Loyola Marymount University, is due back in court Nov. 4.
Janiczek also attended the prestigious prep school La Salle College High School, which costs $28,000 per year.
His parents did not return calls seeking comment from The Post.
