“I was like Brad Pitt in Chicago for a good three months . . . I could go to the best steakhouse and that owner probably was doing some drugs . . . and I would go back in the room and do it,” Jansen, 36, told The Post ahead of “Love Is Blind’s” Season 9 premiere on Oct. 1.
“We were just living like rock stars. I would never wait in line at a club at all. I could talk to any girl . . . Anything I wanted I could have there instantly.
“But it’s not healthy, when you get a lot of yes and no nos — that’s a dangerous game to play.”

After starring in the 2022 season of “Love Is Blind,” where he got left at the altar by consulting manager Natalie Lee, he competed on another Netflix dating show, “The Perfect Match” the following year.
He gained half a million Instagram followers — but his reality star status took its toll.
In April 2023, fans expressed concern for his well-being after he went on TikTok Live — with half a million fans watching — looking disheveled and acting erratically, saying things like he “self sabotages everything.”
“And all I kept seeing was that number [of viewers] climb . . . and then I was like, ‘Oh my God, what did I do?” recalled the Georgia native who grew up in Wisconsin.
“I got 10 phone calls right after. People I hadn’t heard from in years. That’s when you knew it was bad.”
Jansen decided to take control of life — and quit drugs and drinking and moved from Chicago to Austin, TX, where he said there are less temptations — and hit the gym up to four times a week. He went from 230 pounds to 210 pounds of muscle, and gained a sexy six-pack.
In July, he posted shirtless before-and-after pictures, highlighting his new washboard abs — and female fans of “Love Is Blind” started hiring him to train them.
“People started seeing my comeback from being in a dark place. They also noticed that I wasn’t that perfect influencer that just came out of nowhere and had a six-pack right away,” explained Jansen, who estimates that 95 percent of his followers are women.
“Most of my clientele are 40-year-old moms. I’m in a massive group text with 50 moms. It’s hilarious,”

However, some of his female followers hate on his new look, and the negative comment he gets the most is, “Men will do anything but go to therapy.”
“I don’t understand this one way of thinking, like, I don’t spend my whole 24 hours in the gym. It shows that I got discipline, structure from therapy,” he said.
“And it’s a habit that got me away from my other stuff.”
Jansen, who said he hasn’t spoken to his ex-fiancée in “probably three years,” isn’t opposed to trying to find love on television a third time.
“Before, I’m like, ‘I’m never going to find love on TV. What’s the point?’ [But] you can’t find love in the real world either, it’s so toxic. There’s no difference! It’s not good either way right now. It’s just not.”
