Call it a home run on the second pitch.
Three months after her bid to purchase Babe Ruth’s former Upper West Side home was voted down by a co-op board, Olivia “Livvy” Dunne has acquired a new apartment downtown, The Post has learned.

Dunne is now a West Village girl, joining the ranks of many prominent influencers who live in the ritzy neighborhood.
Records show the 23-year-old social media star and former LSU gymnast purchased a one-bedroom, two-bath condominium at 345 West 14th Street for $1.95 million.
The purchase ends a high-profile apartment hunt that drew widespread attention earlier this year after Dunne told her 8 million TikTok followers that she was blocked from buying Babe Ruth’s onetime residence on West 88th Street.
“Pretty much the people in the building voted to not have me live there, which is fine,” she said at the time, adding that she had already begun planning interior design changes before learning of the board’s decision.
The seller’s agent for the Upper West Side co-op previously told The Post their team was “all shocked and displeased” by the board’s call.
Ruth’s co-op — a prewar building dating to 1915, holds a distinct place in baseball lore. Ruth resided there in the 1920s and 1930s with his wife Claire and their daughter Julia while playing for the Yankees.
Dunne’s new residence is markedly different from that historically significant apartment she had pursued.
Built in 2014, the ultra-modern West Village condo offers over 1,100 square feet with high ceilings, custom millwork and a contemporary kitchen outfitted with a Wolfe range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and granite countertops.
The primary suite features two closets and a bath clad in Spanish travertine, while the building includes a landscaped roof deck, fitness center and full-time staff.
“It isn’t Babe Ruth’s apartment but it’ll do,” Dunne previously said when she was in search for a new apartment.
McKenzie Ryan of Douglas Elliman handled the listing. Both Ryan and Dunne declined to comment.
