Livvy Dunne had bathroom confrontation with ‘mean girls’ over her appearance
Olivia “Livvy “Dunne said she confronted two women who she overheard talking about her in a bathroom during a recent date night with her boyfriend, Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes.
In a video recently posted to her TikTok, the retired gymnast — who won an NCAA title with LSU in 2024 — explained she chimed in when she heard the two women talking about her appearance, adding they were clearly embarrassed when she stepped out of the bathroom stall.

“So I’m just innocently peeing and there’s these girls that are communicating through the stalls and they’re like, ‘Did you see that Livvy Dunne is here? Like, what is she even doing here?’ So then I stop what I’m doing and I try to listen a little closer,” Dunne said. “And I kid you not, these girls are like my age, or maybe a little younger, but one of them goes, ‘Like, honestly, I thought she’d be more chopped in real life.’
“What?! I didn’t even know people used ‘chopped’ in their everyday vocabulary… So naturally I chimed in, and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I heard Livvy Dunne’s the worst.’
“At this point, they’re like, ‘Really? What do you know?’
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model went on to say she came out of the stall as the two women were washing their hands.
“I think I heard literal crickets,” she said, implying the women were silent and embarrassed. “But then they asked me for a photo, and I took it.
“Anyways, funny story. The dinner was good. I’m glad I’m not as chopped in real life.”
Dunne added in her caption, “Glad I’m not chopped, just unc” with the hashtag, “mean girls.”
The term “chopped” is a slang word used by Gen Z and Gen Alpha, which refers to a person who is ugly or unattractive.
The bathroom confrontation appeared to be the furthest thing from Dunne’s mind in a separate TikTok video that featured her dancing in an empty apartment to Sabrina Carpenter’s track, “House Tour.”
She captioned the clip, “Welcome to my nyc apartment tour.”
It comes after Dunne was denied by a co-op board from attempting to purchase Babe Ruth’s former Upper West Side apartment, a seventh-floor, three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pre-war residence at 345 W. 88th St.
The co-op board in the Upper West Side building rejected Dunne’s purchase — a $1.59 million, all-cash deal — days before she was set to pick up the keys, she said in another TikTok video.
