Lane Kiffin’s three-word message after daughter’s LSU relationship reveal

Much like the rest of the internet Monday, Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin also saw his daughter, Landry Kiffin, make her relationship with LSU linebacker Whit Weeks Instagram official.

As a cozy photo of Landry and Weeks circulated on social media, Kiffin — whose undefeated Rebels will host the 4-0 LSU Tigers this coming weekend — posted a three-word message in response to a tweet centered on the romance revelation and the anticipated college football clash.

“I really love College Football Lane Kiffin’s daughter, Landry, letting the public know she’s dating LSU LB Whit Weeks, 5 days before LSU and Ole Miss play? This is peak mind games,” Outkick’s Trey Wallace posted, to which Kiffin replied, “Take the over.”

With that message, Kiffin expects a dominant showing from his offense, which put up 45 points against Tulane in Saturday’s win.

Currently, Ole Miss is listed as the -1.5 favorite over LSU, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, with an over/under total at 55.5

Landry, a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at Ole Miss, posted about her romance with Weeks on Monday as part of an Instagram photo carousel.

“Nice dude,” Weeks commented on the post.

A junior from Watkinsville, Ga., Weeks is in his third season with the Tigers. He tallied 61 solo tackles and 3.5 sacks last year.

Weeks, who suffered a lower-leg injury in December, has 0.5 sacks through four games this season.

Landry alluded to her romance with Weeks earlier this month when she participated in a “get ready with me” video with his younger sister, Kate. She referred to Weeks as her boyfriend in the clip.

Kickoff between No. 4 LSU and No. 13 Ole Miss gets underway Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
