Kyle Richards gives rare dating update after bombshell sexuality confession at BravoCon

Kyle Richards issued a rare look into her love life weeks after making a bombshell reveal about her sexuality at BravoCon.

When the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was asked about dating on “Live with Kelly and Mark” Monday, Richards clarified she’s “not someone who’s going to be on a dating app.”

The Bravolebrity, 56, quipped, “That’s not my style.”

As for how she plans to find a partner, the reality star joked, “They have to come knock on my door. I guess I’m not going out.”

Richards noted that she has been “keeping [herself] busy with work,” as well as helping plan daughter Alexia’s September wedding to Jake Zingerman.

“I’m fine,” she insisted, adding that her “biggest fear” after splitting from estranged husband Mauricio Umansky was “being by [her]self.”

She recalled, “I couldn’t even say the word ‘single’ for so long because I’m a wife and a mom. That’s all my identity was.”

However, the actress has found that she is “actually pretty good at” being alone.

Richards and Umansky, 55, separated in the summer of 2023. The former couple has yet to file for divorce.

Umansky has been romantically linked to many women post-split, with the “Buying Beverly Hills” star most recently packing on the PDA with “FBoy Island” star Celisa “CJ” Franco.

Richards, for her part, sparked rampant romance rumors in 2023 with singer Morgan Wade — but repeatedly maintained they were “very close” friends as speculation swirled about her sexuality.

In a Season 15 “RHOBH” trailer that aired at BravoCon last month, Richards appeared to hint she’s bisexual by saying, “I could go Brad [Pitt], I could go Angelina [Jolie].”

The “Little House on the Prairie” alum subsequently told Variety she made the statement to “make [her co-stars] laugh,” noting that she doesn’t “like labels” but “people can think whatever they want.”

Richards continued, “I am growing and evolving, and my mind has opened up. So I don’t know. I don’t know what the future holds now, and I’m fine with that.”

When the reporters told Richards they are both lesbians, she replied, “Ha! That would never have crossed my mind before, ever in my life — and now I’m like, that’s totally an option. I’m just here to see what life brings me, honestly.”

She added, “I don’t want to be set up with anybody. Whatever happens, happens, and I’m good with that. I like hanging out with myself alone too.”

Elsewhere in the interview, the “Halloween” star called Umansky her “type: tall, dark and handsome.”

The duo tied the knot in 1996, four years after Richards ended her first marriage to ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
