Kristin Cavallari’s ex-husband, Jay Cutler, enters Tennessee jail following DUI
Kristin Cavallari’s ex-husband, Jay Cutler, entered a Tennessee jail on Monday to begin his four-day sentence for DUI.
The former Chicago Bears quarterback reported to Williamson County Jail in Franklin, Tenn., around 8 am PT, according to records obtained by TMZ.

Cutler will remain behind bars until Friday.
Last month, the ex-NFL star, 42, was sentenced to four days in jail after striking a plea deal in his DUI and gun possession case from October 2024.
At the time, Cutler pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI and prosecutors dismissed his weapon possession charge upon forfeiture of the weapon.
In addition to his jail time, he was also fined $350, required to be on one year of supervised probation, submit regular and random drug tests and his license was revoked.
The former Denver Broncos star was arrested last October in Franklin for DUI, gun possession, failure to exercise due care and violation of implied consent law.
After the incident Franklin Police Department told Page Six that Cutler rear-ended another car and allegedly attempted to flee the scene before authorities arrived.
Per the police report, he offered to pay the driver $2,000 if they didn’t call the police.
Officers claimed Cutler was visibly intoxicated and that they found two firearms in the athlete’s white Ram truck, including a loaded pistol.
After Cutler learned of his sentence, the driver involved in the crash, who’s been identified as Perry Lee, filed a lawsuit, seeking unspecified compensation for unexpected medical bills, “physical pain and mental suffering” and “loss of enjoyment of life as a direct and proximate result of the collision,” per documents obtained by Page Six.
Cavallari, 38, previously addressed her ex’s incident on her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast.
“I do, of course, wish Jay nothing but the best, and I do hope that he gets the help that he needs, but that’s the only thing I will be saying about it publicly,” she said in October 2024.
The exes announced their split in 2020, and their divorce was finalized two years later.
The “Laguna Beach” alum and Cutler share three kids: Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 9.
